BACSA has over 850 members, of whom the majority live in the UK and a significant number in South Asia. Most individual members have family or other personal ties with South Asia, or are interested in its history during the last three hundred years.
If you have a family, or other, link with South Asia, or are interested in the area’s built heritage and the European contribution to South Asia’s history, we encourage you to join us.
Subscriptions
The annual subscription for individual members is £20 for those with a UK mailing address, and £25 for those with a mailing address outside the UK. Life membership is £500 regardless of location.
Annual membership is also available at the same rates to Corporate members – societies, universities, companies, etc.
Annual subscriptions are due immediately on application and on each anniversary thereafter.
Gift Aid (if applicable)
Individual members who pay UK income tax and/or capital gains tax can help BACSA further, without cost to themselves, by completing and signing a Gift Aid declaration. This will remain in force for any further subscriptions or donations until cancelled in writing by the member.
